lunch provided. Free! Held at St. Andrews Evangelical Church. We must pre-register for lunch. Sign

JANUARY 15: Food Pantry Drive kick off to benefit Crossroads food closet.
JANUARY 21: CPR / FIRST AID TRAINING. 8am ( All leaders are required to be trained;
any student leaders are also welcome to attend.)

JANUARY 22: Lock In preparation; meeting in the sanctuary 5pm-7pm
JANUARY 27 - JANUARY 28; 'COMING TOGETHER' women's conference held at First Baptist
of Columbia. Friday night: 7-9pm followed by a special student session at 9:30pm; Saturday 9am til noon. Registration
cost $27.00; Guest speakers: Kelly Minter and Angela Thomas (this is for the ladies only)
JANUARY 28: POWERPLANT, Cities Lie Waste Music Night. $5.00 at the door
and all proceeds benefit youth ministry training. Doors open at 6pm.
JANAURY 29: Lock in preparation. Meet in the sanctuary 5pm-7pm.
FEBRUARY:
FEBRUARY 3-4 'SEEK' LOCK IN! 8PM UNTIL 7AM. ALL STUDENT MINISTRY LEADERS
MUST ARRIVE BY 6:30PM FOR PREPARATION AND PRAYER TIME.
FEBRUARY 5: Watching Tim Tebow testimonial during YR; focusing on how each of us
can share the testimony that we uniquely have. Snacks provided.
FEBRUARY 5: 'SOCK IT TO 'EM" kick off. Our goal: 450 pair of
socks to take when we serve the homeless on March 17.
FEBRUARY 11: 10AM UNTIL 1PM Dang it Dolls Workshop held at Cayce Masonic Lodge
to benefit our men and women serving oversees. We will also make the Valentine cards for our outreach ministry to Oak
Leaf Village from 1pm-2pm at the Masonic Lodge. (lunch provided: free)
FEBRUARY 12: Share the Love ministry at Oak Leaf Village in Lexington.
We will eat lunch at McDonalds in Lexington immediately following morning services and then will meet at Oak Leaf Village
at 1:15pm. We will be delivering flowers and sciptures sharing the love of Jesus to 65 residents there.
FEBRUARY 19: LUL Camp payment due; $30.00.
FEBRUARY 19: PREPARING FOR FRIENDSHIP SUNDAY DURING YR. EVERYBODY SHOULD BE THERE!
FEBRUARY 25: Spaghetti Supper Fundraiser for camp. Held at Summit Town Hall;
4pm-7pm. Set up will begin at 2pm and clean up should be complete by 9:30pm. Tickets are available now to purchase
or sale and are $5.00 per plate. Sign up to work to get credit. To get full credit you must sale tickets and work
at the dinner.
FEBRUARY 26: FRIENDSHIP SUNDAY - INVITE A FRIEND!
FEBRUARY 26: CLUB37 parents meeting at 5:15 in the youth room.
FEBRUARY 29: 'EXTRA DAY' celebration. We have an extra day to share the gospel,
that is something to celebrate, we will have a pizza party!
MARCH:
MARCH 2: WORLD DAY OF PRAYER 7PM at Gilbert United Methodist Church. We will meet
at Crossroads at 6:45 and head over together.
MARCH 4: Silver Ring Thing held at Northside Baptist Church; meeting there at 5:15pm.

MARCH 9: 2012 WINTER JAM! 10 bands for $10.00 at the door. Held at Colonial
Life Center in Columbia. Doors open at 6pm. More info at: http://www.jamtour.com/
MARCH 9-10: following Winter Jam there will be an allnighter at the Plex in Sandhills.
6 other churches and youth groups are involved and we have been invited to join in. The doors open at the Plex at 11:30pm
and they will serve snacks and breakfast. The cost is $35.00 per student and a tshirt is included in the fee.
MARCH 11: FELLOWSHIP NIGHT; BRING A FRIEND AND SNACKS TO SHARE.
MARCH 17: HOMELESS OUTREACH; We will be partnering with Resurrection Ministries to feed
150 homeless men. We will be delivering the socks we have collected as well. Meeting at Scuggs and Kelly at 10am.
(This is the ministry that has picked up CJ's Hot dog ministry.)
MARCH 17: MOVIE NIGHT at Crossroads ~ watching "COURAGEOUS"; If you fell asleep
at the lock in, here is your chance to see it again.
MARCH 18: LUL Camp payment due $30.00.
MARCH 23-24: Boys camp out. This will be an all nighter of food, fun and fellowship
including a message from the Word of God. We will have a special guest sharing the message. Details to come, save
the date!
MARCH 31: Children's Easter activity. Youth will help.
APRIL:
APRIL 1: PALM SUNDAY CELEBRATION during YR. This will begin our Easter message
presentation.
APRIL 5: 7PM We will be showing the "Passion of The Christ" in the sanctuary; invite
all your friends for an Easter message of the greatest sacrifice and gift of all. Following the movie we will be taking
a journey to the cross to switch the cloth from purple to black to symbolize the death Christ paid for our sins.
APRIL 7: Meet at the cross at 10pm as we continue our Easter message. We
will be changing the black cloth to the white in symbolism of the Resurrection! We will be completing the reading of
scriptures that tell this story.
APRIL 8: HAPPY EASTER! No evening services ~ celebrate with your family.
APRIL 13: USD Awaken the Midlands event at Whiteford Gym in Lexington. 8pm -11pm;
Free!
APRIL 14: DANG IT DOLLS WORKSHOP held at Cayce Masonic Lodge to benefit our men

APRIL 22: LUL camp payment due. $35.00
APRIL 28: Wild game dinner. Invite your family and join in for a great time of
fellowship.
APRIL 29: Global Day of Prayer at Columbia Convention Center. 3pm-5pm; meeting
there at 2:30pm.
APRIL 29: 5th Sunday Game Night during YR time.
MAY:
MAY 5: Special Olympics outreach. We will meet at Richland NE High School at 8am to help
with the SC Special Olympic State Level Competition. We should finish by 1pm and we will eat lunch with the athletes
(free). We will be timers for the races again this year. You must register and I will update the registration
link here as soon as it becomes available.
MAY 3: HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY! No evening services.
MAY 19: Camp fundraiser Car Wash. Details to be announced; save the date.
MAY 20: Graduation recognition Sunday during YR.
